FAQ

We send a printed measurement guide with a soft tape measure when you confirm your order. The guide covers seven points and includes photos for each one. If anything looks off when you send the numbers back, we will ask you to re-measure one or two points before cutting. Most clients get it right on the first try.

We offer one free adjustment on every first order. You send the piece back to the atelier in Naruto, we assess the fit issue and recut or alter the relevant panels. Return shipping is at the client's cost, but the alteration work itself is included in the original price.

We accept bank transfer and credit card via a secure payment link. A 50% deposit is taken when you confirm your order and measurements. The remaining 50% is due before we ship. We do not charge the full amount upfront.
